My upper body requires major work at the moment, would it be a good idea to include this workout (maybe 2 sets) every day?
Absolutely! In fact, you can incorporate a lot of arm moves into your day, without necessarily having to set time aside for it. For example, I do arm circles or prayer pulses while waiting for the microwave to ding, or while leaving my conditioner in for the "recommended 5 minutes". Just don't forget to stretch your arms during the day too. :)
