Started off with the usual 1.5 km jog, duck walk,monkey walk, spiderman pushups, short jump- 4 rounds each and then moved on to 3 sets of jab cross jab of 30 reps each and short kicks 3 sets of 30 reps each leg and high kicks 3 sets of 30 reps each leg.
