everyone. I, @MySci_PK, am working on my PhD in materials science in Germany. I am in the thesis writing phase now and hence need motivation to get my butt off the chair and work out. I try to keep up by combining swimming, running and half hour work outs every once in a while. I don't count calories, per se, but am aware of my consumption. Also, I LOVE smoothies.
There is a 10 km night run coming up in a month and I would like to participate. That's my goal for now.
Without further ado, let us do this folks! Let us get fit one day at a time! Grrrr (assume friendly and motivational sound) :D
Definitely. I totally feel the difference between work-out and non-work-out day. :)
