This is Vikram/ @vikramv1 on twitter and Facebook. I'm an IT professional and as usual experience a boring and sedentary workday most days. I try and compensate for this almost everyday either with some walks/runs or some basic functional workouts at home. I try to give atleast 1 hour per day to maintaining myself. I love all things fitness and motivation to keep me going.
This is my second attempt at Twittergetsfitter. The first time around, I was irregular, but this time, I am hoping to follow the regimen laid out as much as possible. This forum also helps me connect with all you like minded folks out there. I am happy to connect and interact with all of you out there :)
Thanks Chitra. I am very motivated to stay on course this time. With a network such as this, I dont see why we cant stay and exceed our own set out targets :)
