I wake up every morning to workout, but I end up listening to music instead and skip out. I been wanting to do HIIT Cardio and some waist and thigh training, but always wait to the next day. Then, it continues on and on and on.Can someone please help me? If you want, I will keep track with everyone to update on my The doctor told me to lose some weight and I'm very excited to do HIIT CARDIO. I heard alot of success stories that it burns a whole lot of fat. I'm doing 20/10 interval training. But, I always skip out.
Please help.
