I'm not getting the results I would like in the gym, in term of putting on size (I'm a slim guy). I've only been going for five months now so I know have a ways to go as far as muscle grown goes. My assumption was and is, my problem has to do with my diet. I'm not not eating enough and I'm trying to fix that. But more recently I'm starting to think I'm not be pushing myself hard enough at the gym. Whether it's only doing 10 reps when I should be doing 15, losing focus when counting my reps, or taking too many breaks, I could be doing my is question when did you realize you needed to start pushing yourself at the gym and how did you start doing it
Please help.
