Three words - Arms are pulp!!!
I never thought free standing arm exercises would make me so tired and half dead!!! My arms are just pulp right now!
Nutcracker and Arm Circles was the killer combo. Follow that with tricep dip, and I was half dead at the end of the first full set. I had to take a three minute break before i started the second set. Thankfully the second set wasnt as hard as the first one. I did not have not break much. The third one became easier where i did the whole thing without breaks at all! That set felt really good. The fourth one was tough as I did not have much in me to keep going. But thankfully almost after 30 minutes, i finished all 4 sets and cooled down as well.
God alone knows I am writing this post after all this ... But here I am, alive and kicking!!!
I am happy that I am caught up on the two days too!
Oh, and before i forget, i got a leisurely 5km walk done this evening too!
Looking forward to a productive day 3.
