I know I was a day behind already as I went out for my 7km run last evening. So i woke up at 6 today and managed to do the following early today morning.
1. Soldier kicks warm up - Successfully done!
2. I did three times of the circuit. The Frog Jumps were the hardest. I am glad that i learnt some new variations of the the classic low planks.
3. Both cool down poses were new learning for me today. I have never done the cobra pose or the Downward Dog. I took some time to get to the downward dog pose, but i finally got it after 10 minutes or so.
So, I had fun learning new stuff. A big thanks to the Youtube links on the mail which allowed me to become productive quickly! I thought I would not break too much sweat out of this, but I was proven very wrong. I worked up a good sweat in the little time i did all the variations.
Now, on to today's Arm Day workouts at home later today :) An update later today!
